Caramba is a rather colourful and comical one of a kind artist bear in beautiful hand dyed mohair and faux fur by Barbara Ann Bears
Caramba stands 8.5 inches/ 21 cm tall and is 6.5 inches/17 cm sitting, this doesn't include his plumes of hair which add another 3 inches/ 7.5cm.
Caramba is an exuberant and very colourful chap, as you can see he's not very serious or sensible, he was designed to put a smile on your face or even make you laugh. There are days when you need a big happy face and a splash of bold colours just to wake fully you up in the morning and start the day with a smile. Although Caramba will sit quietly at your side you can tell that he is always trying to catch your attention shouting 'WoooHooo!' with his bright, cheerful colours.
Caramba is mostly made from a medium length mohair that Barbara has dyed a deep shade of violet, his tummy, the backs of his ears and the underside of his tail are a fairly long, leopard print faux fur with black spots on pink and violet. His face is a fluffy moahir, hand dyed a warm yellow, the sides of his head are a strong pink mohair and the fronts of his ears are a long vermillion mohair. On the top of his head which is a dense white faux fur from which sprouts long, fluffy plumes of black faux fur.
Caramba's paw pads are made from a very short animal print faux fur which is pink with black and cerise rosettes. He's a very colourful bear!
Caramba has beautiful, sparkling, hand painted glass eyes with hand coloured eyelids, a wonderful nose embroidered from individual threads to match his colouring and a ginormous smile, he is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Caramba is a wild, sparkling, happy and exuberant bear, he's not your traditional brown bear who sits unobtrusively on a shelf and gets noticed once in a blue moon, he's a bear who is determined to make you happy and (if he could) would jump up and down until you have a big smile on your face.
