Philoneus Tomsk stands 17.5 inches(45 cm) tall and is 13 inches(33 cm) sitting.
Philoneus Tomsk is a very handsome and elegant teddy bear with a very dignified bearing, he is of course a teddy bear at heart and teddy bears cannot pretend to be dignified or elegant for long, before you know it they're asking for cuddles, raiding the kitchen cupboards in search of snacks and positioning themselves in the best seat in the house. Philoneus (after a while you can call him Phil) is a little different, he will ask you most graciously if you could find it in your heart to extend a little affection towards him, and if you happened, perchance, to be passing through the kitchen would you mind awfully looking for a few tartan shortbreads or a freshly smoked salmon for him and on your return could you plump up a cushion and position it in such a way that he can see the hills and sea through the window while also allowing him a good view of the television, the front door and the kitchen..."if that isn't too much to ask?"
Philoneus Tomsk is made from the most gorgeous and luxurious mohairs, mainly a long and fluffy, tousled, medium brown mohair with black tipping, his face, his tummy, the backs of his ears and the underside of his tail are a fluffy and tousled pale cream mohair with a warmer beige backcloth. Philoneus has beige German wool felt paw pads that compliment his mohair perfectly.
Phil has beautiful hand painted slightly sparkling glass eyes (they were painted to match his mohair) with eyelids, an impressive and wonderfully embroidered nose, sewn from individual threads to match his mohair and an engaging smile. He is stuffed with polyester stuffing and plastic pellets to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Philoneus Tomsk is a beautiful bear with a charming expression and demeanour, he's a great bear to live with and we hope will always bring a smile to your face.
