Pomeroy is a wonderful big classical teddy bear, he stands 23.5 inches (60 cm) tall and is 17.5 inches (45 cm) sitting, he's quite heavy too, weighing about 2.5kg/5.5lb.

Pomeroy is an impressive teddy bear. He has a very sweet character, he seems quite young and innocent, like a young chap who tries extra hard to look smart on his first day at the office. He is an attentive and devoted teddy bear, he longs to please, to listen to your stories, to sit beside you while you read or watch television, he would love to come to the theatre with you, or to walk around an art gallery, but understands that is unlikely to happen, but he doesn't mind, a bear can have his dreams...

Pomeroy is made from the most gorgeous dense and curly beige mohair it's very beautiful. His beige suedette paw pads complement his mohair perfectly. Pomeroy has old amber glass eyes, an impressive, carefully embroidered brown nose and the sweetest smile. Pomeroy has plastic pellets in his tummy, arms and feet.

As you can see Pomeroy has a vintage Edwardian collar and stud, which adds to his old world air of grandeur and elegance. He also wears a large spherical bell and a white heart into which the words 'love you always x' are inscribed and picked out in black, he's quite a romantic and devoted teddy bear.

Pomeroy is a lovely big teddy bear, he has the sweetest, most loving expression, he longs to sit in a comfortable chair or on a sofa and would be very happy for you to place your other bears around and on top of him, a proper teddy bear hug, he yearns to feel useful and loved.

Pomeroy was designed by our friends and talented bear artists Ralph and Gloria Norbeary (from whom we bought Norbeary Fabrics in 2007).

As with all our bears Pomeroy is not a toy, he is an adult collectible and unsuitable for children under 14.
