Ernie is a very happy and colourful little teddy bear, a one of a kind, mohair artist bear by Barbara-Ann Bears
Ernie is one of our smallest teddy bears, he stands just under 6 inches/15 cm tall and is 4.5 inches 11cm sitting.
Ernie is a mixture of beautiful natural colours, like a warm summer day with blue skies, pretty flowers and a happy smile. He's small enough to carry around with you, so you can have him ready for those moments you need a little bear to brighten up your day.
Ernie is made from many different mohairs, too many to mention in detail, there's a mixture of long fluffy mohair, and medium and shorter lengths, hand dyed in many colours, blues, yellows, oranges, pinks and green, most are pastel colours and a few are quite intense. The photos illustrate them much better than words.
Ernie has hand dyed velvet paw pads in 4 individual colours which match his mohair. He has beautiful, hand painted eyes with hand coloured eyelids, a splendid nose embroidered from individual threads to compliment his colouring and he has a sweet, friendly smile. Bert is stuffed with polyester stuffing and glass beads which give him a little extra weight and make him a little more cuddly.
Ernie is a happy and sweet teddy bear. He wants to see you smiling and laughing, he would love to go out with you him, to share in your funny stories and misadventures, he's small enough to easily fit in a pocket or hand bag
We will enclose photos with Ernie and we are happy to put in a greetings card and gift tags, maybe a birthday card or one for another occasion, you can choose one from our greetings card page and let us know which card you would like.
As with all our bears Ernie is not a toy, he is an adult collectable and unsuitable for children under 14.
