Cameron Chortles is quite a little bear, he stands just 7 inches( 17 cm) tall and is 5 inches ( 13 cm) sitting, these measurements don't include his very fluffy ears which add another 2.5 inches (6cm).
Cameron Chortles is a mixture of beautiful natural colours, like heather blooming on a windswept moorland mixed in with some very bright colours, like the bold yellow of flag irises, that's the way nature is, subtle and refined mixing with the bold and brash. As you can see Cameron Chortles is a very happy bear, you can't actually hear him chortling, but he gives the impression of being a good chortler, a cheeky smile and a twinkle in his eye, oh and a Chortle in his name of course, that kind of gives it away...
Cameron is made from several different mohairs, he's mainly a medium length, slightly distressed and fluffy mohair hand dyed in many natural shades, there's quite a lot of blue and lilac, together with splashes of green, pink, magenta and purple, his tummy and the underside of his tail are a similar mohair that Barbara has hand-dyed a bright, happy yellow, his face is a longer, fluffy mohair hand dyed a soft orange with a cream backcloth and the backs of his ears are an extremely long and fluffy straw yellow mohair.
Cameron Chortles has hand dyed velvet paw pads in pale yellow which contrast with his mohair beautifully. Cameron has beautiful, hand painted eyes with eyelids, a splendid nose embroidered from individual threads to compliment his colouring and he has a sweet, friendly smile. Cameron Chortles is stuffed with polyester stuffing and glass beads which give him a little extra weight and make him a little more cuddly.
Cameron Chortles is a happy and sweet teddy bear. He wants to see you smiling and laughing, he wants you to chortle along with him, to share your funny stories and misadventures, to laugh over spilt milk rather than cry about it.

As with all our bears Cameron Chortles is not a toy, he is an adult collectable and unsuitable for children under 14.
