Foggy is a sweet vintage limited edition mohair artist bear from Barbara-Ann Bears
Foggy stands 14 inches/35cm tall and is 10.5 inches/26cm sitting.
Foggy is a bear of the 1990s, a bear from our transition from the traditional into the wild and wonderful world of Barbara-Ann Bears. He's a sweet understated guy, he doesn't want to shout from the rooftops, he just wants to sit down and have a cuddle, and there's nothing wrong with that. We made Foggy for the shop Collectif which was in a marina just outside Southampton, he was number 4 of an edition of 4. He's about 30 years old but in perfect condition, he's been very well looked after and we (and he) are rather sad that his long time owner has had to part with him, he just needs a new home where he can settle down and be loved again.
Foggy is made from a greyish beige slightly wavy German mohair, it's lovely stuff, we wish we could still get hold of it. He has beige German wool felt paw pads, black glass eyes that and a meticulously embroidered charcoal wool nose. Foggy is almost entirely stuffed with polyester stuffing, although his tummy is filled with plastic pellets which add a little extra cuddleability.
Foggy is a great bear, he's a very relaxed fellow, not one to fret about anything, he'll help you sit down and relax too, always ready with his sweet smile.

As with all our bears Foggy is not a toy, he is an adult collectable and unsuitable for children under 14.
