Hamish McBoagle is not the most sensible of bears, a comical one of a kind artist bear in hand-dyed mohair by Barbara Ann Bears

Hamish McBoagle stands 13.5 inches( 34 cm) tall and is 10.5 inches (26 cm) sitting.

Hamish McBoagle is a sweet and gently colourful chap and as you can see he's not very serious or sensible. Hamish loves flowers, even fake ones, he loves their colours and innocence, the way they bring smiles to peoples faces, he sees himself as a sort of teddy bear flower, not complicated just full of innocent happiness.

Hamish McBoagle is made from several different pieces of mohair, he's mostly made from a fairly short, straight pile mohair that Barbara has dyed in subtle blends of dusky pink, gold, purple and amber. His tummy is a denser, softer mohair hand-dyed in soft blues and greens with a splash of pink, his face is a very, very long, soft cream mohair and the backs of his ears and the underside of his tail are a very long and tousled mohair hand-dyed orange with lilac tipping. Hamish McBoagle has Alcantara (Ultrasuede) paw pads which compliment his colouring perfectly.

Hamish has big, beautiful, hand painted glass eyes, a wonderful nose embroidered from individual threads to match his colouring and a charming smile, he is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.

Hamish McBoagle is a charming bear, he seems a little bit lost, he's the sort of bear you want to pick up and hug and tell him 'everything will be OK if you stick with me', we hope you love him, he needs lots of love.

We will enclose photos with Hamish McBoagle and we are happy to put in a greetings card and gift tags, maybe a birthday card or one for another occasion, you can choose one from our greetings card page and let us know which card you would like.

As with all our bears Hamish McBoagle is not a toy, he is an adult collectable and unsuitable for children under 14.

Sadly the flower in Hamish McBoagle's photos doesn't come with the bear, we need it to decorate our lounge and put smiles on our own faces.
