Ignatius Limedoodle is a kooky, funky and funny one of a kind artist bear in printed cotton, mohair and faux fur by Barbara Ann Bears
Ignatius Limedoodle stands 10.5 inches( 26 cm) tall and is 8.5 inches (21 cm) sitting, this doesn't include his plumes of wildly fluffy hair which add an extra 3.5 inches (9 cm).
Ignatius Limedoodle is a sweet and artistic bear, very smart in his designer print fabric which is a mixture of natural motifs, mainly flowers and trees together with some more psychedelic flourishes. He's quite flamboyant with his plume of outrageous twizzling hair and wildly fluffy tummy and ears. His huge beaming grin will never leave his face, he's a bear of constant happiness and fun, he wants to see you smiling and laughing.
Ignatius Limedoodle is made from several different pieces of fabric, he's mostly made from a printed cotton fabric that features stylised flowers and leaves and many twirls and whirls, all in subtle, muted colours against a dark, charcoal coloured background background. The sides of his face are a long wavy mohair that Barbara has dyed with splashes of magenta, peach and gold while the backcloth is a verdant green and the top of face is a lemony white mohair. His tummy, the backs of his ears and the underside of his tail are all made from a long and soft, emerald green tipped lemony yellow mohair and crowning it all is a piece of very long and vivid yellow faux fur. Ignatius has hand dyed velvet paw pads which complement his colouring beautifully.
Ignatius Limedoodle has beautiful, hand painted glass eyes (painted to match his colours) with hand coloured eyelids, an impressive nose embroidered from individual threads to match his colouring and a beaming smile, he is stuffed with glass beads, plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Ignatius Limedoodle is a wild and colourful arty teddy bear with a very sweet personality. He could give the appearance of being quite garish but his gentle personality means that he is an easy and interesting bear to live with, he will never cause any trouble, he just wants to make people happy.
