Major Heartthrob is a fabulous and romantic, one of a kind, artist teddy bear in gorgeous hand-dyed mohair by Barbara-Ann Bears

Major Heartthrob stands 19 inches (48 cm) tall and is 15 inches (38 cm) sitting.

Major Heartthrob is an unashamed romantic, always ready for a little (or a lot of) hugging. If you took him to the shops and gave the shopkeeper the money he would lavish you with flowers and chocolate, he's quite embarrassed that as a teddy bear he is unable to do those things himself, well it would cause a bit of a commotion. He loves to sit and listen to your concerns, he won't offer any useful advice but at least you know he'll have been listening and as you'll be surrounded by beautiful flowers and chocolates your concerns might just vanish.

Major Heartthrob is mostly made from a fairly long, distressed mohair which Barbara has hand dyed in a multitude of gorgeous colours, there are splashes of terracotta, lime, lilac, dark blue, purple, green, gold and copper and a few places where the original ivory colour of the mohair has been left to show through. His face, tummy, the backs of his ears and the underside of his tail are made from a very, very long (and expensive) tousled cream coloured mohair. Major Heartthrob has coordinating paw pads made from beige, German wool felt.

Major Heartthrob has large, beautiful, hand painted glass eyes which are like sparkling jewels and have eyelids. He has a carefully embroidered nose that incorporates all of his colours and a sweet, thoughtful smile. He is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing making him a little more cuddly and loveable.

Major Heartthrob is a wonderful, big, teddy bear, he loves to love and be loved, to wants to sweep you off your feet and fly you away to a deserted beach, if only teddy bears were allowed to do that sort of thing, but you know that's in his heart and he'll always love you.
