Nicholas Prickleless is a downbeat and curious one of a kind, artist bear by Barbara-Ann Bears in wonderful tipped mohair
Nicholas Prickleless stands 9 inches/ 23 cm tall and is 7 inches/ 18 cm sitting.
Nicholas Prickleless is a sweet and curious fellow, he might have a rather prickly appearance but Nicholas is completely prickle-less, he has no prickles, not a single one. It's a little sad for him as nobody so far has given him a hug, so he stands, or sits, looking downwards and forlorn. He does smile though, he has a sweet smile and he remains hopeful that someone, one day, will give him a hug.
Nicholas Prickleless is mostly made from a dense, short dark brown mohair with white tipping, it's exactly the sort of mohair that could have been used for little hedgehogs had the weaving company added the spikiness. His tummy, the top of his face, the fronts of his ears and the underside of his tail are a longer pale cream mohair. Nicholas has cream coloured ultrasuede paw pads that compliment his mohair perfectly.
Nicholas Prickleless has beautiful hand painted slightly sparkling glass eyes (they were painted to complement his mohair) with eyelids, a wonderful nose embroidered with individual threads to match his mohair and a broad and cheerful smile. He is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Nicholas Prickleless is a sweet bear, he is a bear with a warm and loving personality, he just needs a little hug to make him truly happy.
