Peggy Smiles is a joyous celebration of colourful happiness, a one of a kind, hand dyed mohair artist bear by Barbara-Ann Bears

Peggy Smiles stands 9 inches( 23 cm) tall and is 7 inches (18 cm) sitting.

Peggy Smiles is a delightful bear, she's exceedingly cheerful and wonderfully colourful. She is like summer sunshine, or springtime daffodils and primroses, happy, bright and sunny. She is the first of her design, she was designed to make the most of this piece of mohair, to be sweet and cheerful, we hope you like her.

Peggy is made from a multitude of different mohairs that Barbara has dyed a number of delicious colours, she's mainly a fairly long and curly mohair hand-dyed in warm yellows, oranges and pinks with a few places left to show her original mohair colour, her tummy is a much longer, tousled mohair dyed in deeper shades of pink and orange, her face is a long, fluffy mohair hand-dyed a bright, happy yellow, the backs of his ears and the underside of her tail are a long, feathery mohair hand dyed a warm magenta and the fronts of her ears are a long, twirly mohair hand dyed a warm yellow with orange tipping.. They say 'a picture is worth a thousand words' so rather than explain which mohair was used where please look at the photos, they are much prettier than any words.

Peggy Smiles has yellow velvet paw pads which match her mohair perfectly. She has beautiful, hand painted eyes with hand coloured eyelids, a splendid nose embroidered from individual threads to compliment her colouring and she has a sweet, friendly smile. Peggy Smiles is stuffed with polyester stuffing, plastic pellets and glass beads which give her a little extra weight and make her a little more cuddly.

When you're in the depths of winter you might be missing all those pretty summer flowers in your life, their innocent joyfulness and prettiness always bring a smile to our faces, Peggy Smiles was made with all these qualities in mind. We know her colours and happy smile will bring joy wherever she goes.
