Caspian is a loveable, fluffy and subtly coloured, one of a kind artist bear, in tousled and shaggy hand dyed mohair by Barbara-Ann Bears
Caspian stands 11.5 inches (29 cm) tall and is 9 inches (23 cm) sitting.
Caspian is a bear of the high mountains overlooking a broad sea, where wild Alpine flowers sprout from sheer slabs of slate and granite, a mystical bear of gorgeous, yet very subtle colours. He can bring a splash of magic and wisdom to your home together with the sweetest smile. He has a calm and loving expression, he knows that as a teddy bear he has to be someone's faithful companion and give up his life of roaming the high mountains.
Caspian is mostly made from a tousled fairly long mohair that Barbara has hand dyed in a gorgeous blend of subtle colours, there are greys and pinks, with splashes of gold, lilac and brown. His tummy and the underside of his tail are a much longer shaggy, straggly mohair hand dyed in slate grey, pink and magenta and his face and the fronts of his ears are an even longer, feathery white mohair. Caspian's hand dyed velvet paw pads compliment his mohair beautifully.
Caspian has beautiful, hand painted, glass eyes with eyelids, a carefully embroidered nose sewn with individual threads to incorporate the colours of his mohair and as you can see he has a beaming smile. Caspian is stuffed with polyester stuffing and plastic pellets which make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Caspian is a handsome chap, he's not dazzling or garish, just a beautifully coloured bear with a twinkle in his eye and a broad smile who is very easy to get along with.
