Cezanne stands 16.5 inches (40 cm) tall and is 12 inches (30 cm) sitting.
Cezanne is a distinguished, quietly happy and beautifully coloured bear, a bear of soothing, pastel colouring, peaches, pinks, lilacs and oranges. He isn't garish or jarring, he's peacefully colourful like pink flowers in green fields, ochre houses with terracotta roofs set against distant purple mountains...you might be able to find a painting by Cezanne just like that.
Cezanne is made from a long, shaggy, distressed mohair that Barbara has hand dyed in a gorgeous blend of colours, there are peaches, pinks, oranges, green, buttery yellow and a few splashes of lilac. Cezanne's airbrushed, velvet paw pads compliment his mohair beautifully.
Cezanne has large, beautiful, hand painted, glass eyes with eyelids which together with his carefully embroidered nose were all made to incorporate the colours of his mohair and as you can see Cezanne has a broad, beaming smile. Cezanne is stuffed with polyester stuffing and plastic pellets which make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Cezanne is a handsome chap, a quiet and dignified fellow to sit with you and emanate calm while brightening your day and hopefully making you smile, we think he's quite splendid.
