Chris Chuffington is a very happy and friendly, one of a kind, artist teddy bear made from vintage copper crushed velvet by Barbara Ann Bears

Chris Chuffington stands 8 inches( 20 cm) tall and he is 6 inches (15 cm) sitting.

Chris Chuffington is a wonderful, happy bear, he has a big happy smile and a perky happy nose, even his copper colour is happy, he almost glows with happiness.

Chris Chuffington is made from a piece of vintage, copper crushed velvet, it was probably once destined to be a pair of (very lavish) curtains, but we think it's much better suited to making teddy bears. Barbara has added some subtle patches of muted red to the velvet, if you look for them you'll see them otherwise you won't even notice. His paw pads are made from the reverse side of the crushed velvet and Barbara has added some maroon around the edges to give them a little extra interest and also to tie in with his little ultrasuede scarf.

Chris Chuffington has beautifully shiny vintage boot button eyes, a splendid carefully embroidered little nose and a very cheerful and hopeful expression. Chris Chuffington is stuffed with glass beads and polyester stuffing that give him a little extra weight and squidginess and allow him to be posed in a variety of positions.

Chris has a beautiful little, shiny, faceted, black heart button with a small, clear, cut glass 'jewel' at its centre on the left side of his chest, he's a bear with a very good heart.

Chris Chuffington is a very cheerful bear, he's like a ray of golden sunshine that will shine all year long. He's a comfortable size for sitting in your hand, he loves to sit and look up at you with that huge smile hoping to see a big smile beaming back at him.
