Duncan, a lovable slightly raggedy, one of a kind, traditional artist teddy bear made from beautiful German mohair by Barbara-Ann Bears
Duncan stands 11 inches (28cm) tall and is 8 inches (20cm) sitting.
Duncan is a cuddly little bear with a very sweet character. His mohair gives him a slightly scruffy, raggedy appearance like a small boy who loves to play out in the woods, climbing trees, crashing through brambles, making rope swings and generally having a whale of a time. Although a traditional teddy bear, he's more fun than most. Duncan comes from the same design as we used to make Marigold's teddy bear for Downton Abbey, so he does have a rather good pedigree, not that he cares a jot about that.
Duncan is made from gorgeous distressed and wavy, chestnutty brown German mohair, he has old, black boot button eyes and coordinating brown wool felt paw pads. He has a pert, little, carefully embroidered dark brown nose and the sweetest smile. Duncan has plastic pellets in his tummy, arms and feet which makes him more pose-able and flexible, allowing him to sit comfortably and to mould to your body if you pick him up and give him a hug...he's a bear you can hug.
Duncan is a lovely bear, he has the sweetest, most loving expression, he seems to be imploring you to pick him up and give him a hug.

As with all our bears, Duncan is not a toy, he is an adult collectible and unsuitable for children under 14.
