Elmer is available through the shop Posthorn90 (who don't have a website at present) if you pay us through our website we will forward the payment (together with your name and address) to Eunice, at Posthorn 90 and she will post your bear direct to you. Together we will try and keep the availability of bears up to date, but if something goes wrong and you buy a bear that Eunice has just sold in her shop we will of course refund your money, or if you prefer, make you a similar bear
Elmer stands 16 inches/41cm tall and is 12 inches/30 cm sitting, not including his plume of pink hair which adds another 4 inches/ 10 cm.
Elmer is a bear who is almost luminous in his brightness, he's not a bear to hide in the shadows, he's a bear who wants to dazzle you and make you laugh out loud. Fortunately he's not a bear of wild habits, he loves a cake and a cuddle, he's a good listener and will always be there to absorb your stress, particularly if he can absorb a cake at the same time.
Elmer is mostly made from a gorgeous soft and dense lime faux fur, his tummy and the underside of his tail are a very long orange faux fur with black tipping and the fronts of his ears a bright pink faux fur with black spots. Leonardo's face is a very long and fluffy hand dyed yellow mohair and on top of his head he has a plume of very long magenta faux fur. Leonardo's paw pads are made from a red on white spotted mini bear fur.
Elmer has beautiful hand painted glass eyes with eyelids, a wonderfully embroidered nose, sewn from individual threads to match his colouring and he has a huge beaming smile. He is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him more poseable, a little heavier and more cuddly.
Elmer is a very friendly, loving, and playful luminous bear, a bear who wants to bring light and colour into your life, you might find it hard to resist a smile every time you look at him and frankly who wants to resist smiling?
As with all our bears, Elmer is not a toy, he is an adult collectible and unsuitable for children under 14
