Grooble Grufflebelly stands 12.5 inches/ 32 cm tall and is 10 inches/ 23 cm sitting, although as his long neck curves forward he would be much taller if he stood up straight, which he isn't made to do.

Grooble Grufflebelly probably isn't a bear at all, he's a design that popped up out of nowhere. It's one of the best things about our 'job' that we can design what we want, some people argue that we shouldn't, but we are very happy to ignore them, even happy to annoy them sometimes, especially when your strange design wins a 1st place award at the British Bear Artist Awards (2000).  Grooble Grufflebelly is made from the most beautiful mohair, with a twinkle in his eye and the happiest of smiles. He's a faithful, loyal thing,  who will stick with you through thick and thin, he will never run off, he knows that if you're the sort of person to give him a home you're the sort of person he wants to live with.

Grooble Grufflebelly is made from the most gorgeous and luxurious mohairs, mainly a deep and dense, medium brown mohair with black tipping, the top of his snout, tummy, the fronts of his ears and the underside of his tail are a long, fluffy and tousled pale stone coloured mohair and on top of his head he has a mop of very long dark brown mohair. Grooble has dark brown German wool felt paw pads that complement his mohair perfectly.

Grooble has beautiful hand painted slightly sparkling glass eyes (they were painted to match his mohair) with eyelids, a wonderfully embroidered nose, sewn from individual threads to match his mohair and an endearing slightly wonky smile, as if he's chewing something. He is stuffed with polyester stuffing and plastic pellets to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.

Grooble Grufflebelly is a very happy type of whatever he is, he has a comical expression and demeanour in a charming and very friendly way, he's a great thing to live with and we hope will always bring a smile to your face.

As with all our bears Grooble Grufflebelly is not a toy, he is an adult collectable and unsuitable for children under 14.
