Katchmouski is a fantastically wild and kooky, one of a kind artist cat in gorgeous faux fur and the fluffiest mohair by Barbara Ann Bears
Katchmouski stands 12.5 inches( 31 cm) tall and is 11 inches (27 cm) sitting, her curly tail would be about 13 inches (33 cm) long if it could be straightened out, but it's always going to be a curly tail, it was cut and sewn that way.
Katchmouski is a wild thing, it's just as well that she is a friendly thing too or we would all be in trouble. She is a cat with a great sense of humour and love of fun, although she will sit quietly she much prefers to have a big fuss made of her, to be stroked and cuddled, for her tail to be arranged and rearranged, to be told that she's beautiful and the best cat in the whole wide world!
As you can see in the final photo Katchmouski has a Mouski friend, we couldn't say that they are inseparable but we would be very happy if they found a home together. If you would like to give them both a home we would be happy to refund 10% of the total price to help.
Katchmouski is mostly made from a very long, soft and fluffy, striped faux fur, there are stripes of magenta, vermilion, caramel and baby pink, Barbara has carefully cut these so that the stripes are symmetrical on her face, go all the way around her body, matching up on her arms and legs and even on her tail. Katchmouski's face is a very long cream mohair with a very pale pink backcloth, Barbara has loosely tied her beard together as she is an elegant lady cat and not a burly, scruffy tom cat. The backs of her ears are an even longer scarlet mohair which fans out from the edges of her head a little like flames. Katchmouski's footpads are made from a stripy animal print viscose.
Katchmouski has large, beautiful, glass cats' eyes (with oval pupils) which have been painted to go with her colouring and these have hand coloured eyelids. She has an impressive nose embroidered from individual threads to match her colours and a quizzical smile, she is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make her a little heavier and more cuddly. Her tail has pipe cleaners inside it which means that you can change its shape a little.
Katchmouski is a wild and wonderful arty cat with a very sweet and mischievous personality. She loves to have fun as well as loving to sit beside someone while they read a book or watch a film on TV, she particularly loves the books and films of Dr.Seuss but we have no idea why...
