Little Schubert is an adorably colourful and sweet, one of a kind artist bear in scrumptious hand dyed mohair by Barbara-Ann Bears
Little Schubert stands just 6.5 inches (16 cm) tall and is 5 inches (12 cm) sitting.
Little Schubert is a gorgeous little bear, a bundle of cheerful colours, gorgeous mohair and sweet smiles. He is a bear who loves music, he can hear the music in everything, when he walks through the garden he listens to the flowers, speaks to the bees and avoids the birds, birds are very big when you're just a little bear.
Little Schubert is almost entirely made from fairly long, fabulously distressed, German mohair that Barbara has dyed in beautiful shades of magenta, pink, orange, lemon, lilac and cream, the only parts made from a different mohair are the backs of his ears which are a slightly longer, feathery mohair hand-dyed a soft orange, they create a sort of orange aura around his head. He has hand dyed velvet paw pads, beautiful, hand painted, glass eyes with eyelids which together with his neatly embroidered nose capture the colours of his mohair and of course he has a cheerful, cheeky smile. Little Schubert is stuffed with glass beads and polyester stuffing making him a little more cuddly and loveable.
Little Schubert is a gentle little bear, small enough to sit in the palm of your hand or go anywhere with you, always ready should you need a fluffy ball of colourful happiness, we hope he makes you smile.
