Lonnie is a very handsome and cuddly, one of a kind, artist bear by Barbara-Ann Bears in wonderfully fluffy tipped mohair
Lonnie stands 13.5 inches(34 cm) tall and is 10.5 inches (27 cm) sitting.
Lonnie is a very calm and relaxed teddy bear, he seems to be musing about something, we're not sure what it is, although as he has rather a large tummy we have a hunch he might just be wondering 'what's for tea today?'. He is very sweet and cuddly, a bear with beautiful colouring and a lovely smile, a bear made for loving and hugging.
Lonnie is made from the most gorgeous and luxurious mohairs, mainly a long and fluffy, fairly dense, medium brown mohair with black tipping, while his face and the fronts of his ears are made from even longer, feathery, creamy white mohair, his tummy and the underside of his tail are a beautiful, fluffy (yes he's very fluffy) soft peach mohair. Percy has warm beige German wool felt paw pads that compliment his mohair perfectly.
Lonnie has beautiful hand painted slightly sparkling glass eyes (they were painted to match his mohair) with eyelids, a rather magnificent nose embroidered with individual threads to match his mohair and a broad and cheerful smile. He is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.
Lonnie is a bear with the warmest and most loving of personalities, he is quite restrained and thoughtful, he just wants to sit quietly at someone's side (and maybe be given a slice of cake every now and then). He's a sweet, gentle fellow ready to share lots of love and hugs with you.
