Peaches is 16 inches (41 cm) tall and is 11.5 inches (29 cm) sitting.
Peaches is a very sweet and pretty traditional teddy bear, she loves to listen to your stories, read books and eat cake,in fact cake probably comes first among her likes, she isn't particularly fussy either any cake will do, chocolate, walnut, fruit, coffee even beef cake.
Peaches is one of our older bears, she has been hiding in a box in someone's attic for over twenty years and they have asked us if we can help find her a new home. She's like a time capsule back to the 1990s, before our bears were quite so colourful and extravagant. After spending such a long time away from people she is quite used to being alone but any form of affection is returned tenfold (you might have to imagine this, but it is definitely true)
Peaches is made from a wonderful soft green mohair, it is fairly short and a little distressed, it's not a type of mohair that is made anymore which makes him just that little bit extra special. Peaches has mushroom coloured wool felt paw pads and gorgeous black glass eyes. Peaches has a splendid, carefully embroidered brown nose and a relaxed and demure expression.
Peaches is stuffed quite firmly with polyester polyester stuffing with some plastic pellets in his tummy that give him a little extra weight and cuddlability. As with all our bears he is 5-way jointed.
Peaches is a very sweet and very friendly bear, a bear who needs lots of love and affection after spending twenty years in hibernation! We hope you like her.
