Pepe La Peluche is a big, stunning, wild and wonderful, one of a kind, artist teddy bear in gorgeous faux fur & mohair by Barbara-Ann Bears

Pepe La Peluche stands 18 inches (46 cm) tall and is 14.5 inches (37 cm) sitting.

Pepe is a big, heavy bear with a very dignified and relaxed manner. He's a big gentle bear always ready for a little (or a lot of) hugging. He is a bear of many colours, like a forest in winter, you can see trees and snow, shadows and light, we think he's rather wonderful.

Pepe La Peluche is mostly made from an interesting, dense faux fur, this was once a jacket, quite a nice jacket too but we feel it looks much better as a bear. The (faux) fur is of differing lengths, textures and colours, there is a pale cream with copper tipping, which is the shortest, although still fairly long, this goes into a dark brown and coffee tipping, there are also patches of dark brown with beige tipping and other parts are plain cream without any tipping. The small metal tag from the jacket can be seen on his left shoulder, it says 'Pepe Jeans'.

Pepe's snout, the fronts of his ears and the underside of his tail are made from a very, very long, soft and cream coloured mohair, his tummy is an even longer, twirly, chestnut brown mohair which ties in very well with his other colouring. Pepe has coordinating paw pads made from fawn, German wool felt.

Pepe has large, beautiful, glass eyes which Andy painted to match his colouring, the eyes have eyelids. He has a carefully embroidered nose that incorporates all of his colours and a sweet, thoughtful smile. He is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing making him a little more cuddly and loveable.

Pepe is a wonderful, big, friendly bear whose long arms are made for cuddling, a bear who needs to hug and comfort. He's equally happy to sit though, just to be there at your side while you get on with life, he'll be there when you need him.
