Raphael is a strikingly handsome one of a kind artist teddy bear in gorgeous pink and black mohair and faux fur by Barbara Ann Bears

Raphael stands 15.5 inches( 39 cm) tall and is 13 inches (33 cm) sitting.

Raphael is a striking bear, a bear of deep pinks, rich silvers and unfathomable black, a handsome and impressive bear yet with a very friendly character. You might think that such an elegant chap might be aloof or snobbish but Raphael is anything but, he loves fun and a cuddle, of course he loves to be told how handsome he is too, but we all need a little flattery every now and then.

Raphael is mostly made from a very long, very soft faux fur which is banded in dusky pink, black and silver, the pink being tipped with silver which is in turn tipped with black, there are many places where the faux fur is shorter and is dusky pink tipped with black, it can be most clearly seen in the photo of Raphael's back. His tummy and the underside of his tail are a long, dense straggly faux fur which is a deep maroon with pale pink tipping. His face and the fronts of his ears are a very long and fluffy rose pink mohair with a darker pink backcloth and crowning it all Raphael has a very long and fluffy black mohair for his hair. Raphael has grey Ultrasuede paw pads which complement his colouring perfectly.

He has big, beautiful, sparkling, hand painted glass eyes which together with his wonderful nose (embroidered from individual threads) enhance his colouring and, of course, he has a charming smile. Raphael is stuffed with plastic pellets and polyester stuffing to make him a little heavier and more cuddly.

Raphael is a charming bear, a handsome and happy chap with great presence and style. He just wants to bring a smile to your face and only hopes to receive an occasional hug in return, we hope you love him.
