Thomas is a very sweet and charming, one of a kind, traditional artist teddy bear by Barbara Ann Bears in gorgeous German mohair
Thomas stands 14 inches/36cm tall and is 10.5 inches/26 cm sitting.
Thomas is a very sweet teddy bear, he's like a young bear with his gentle expression and big loving eyes. He's a bear who wants to sit around at home, to be with you while you're watching TV, reading a book or cooking, especially when you're cooking, he loves to help in the kitchen, he's always willing to test your cooking and all the ingredients, just to make sure that they're safe. He's such a thoughtful and caring chap he always wants to see you healthy and happy and if that means 'testing' all your cakes he's willing to make that sacrifice.
Thomas is made from a beautiful, slightly spare, distressed, fairly long and fluffy German mohair, it's a very pale grey with some black threads woven into it and a buttery cream backcloth. Tom (you can call him Tom, or even Tommy) has soft yellow, German wool-felt paw pads that coordinate very well with the mohair's backcloth and boot buttons for eyes. He has a carefully embroidered nose and a sweet smile. He is stuffed with polyester stuffing and plastic pellets, which gives him a more cuddly and soft feel.
Thomas is a sweet little bear, a bear who is always ready for a hug or a cake, but never a hug and cake, that would be asking for trouble. He's a bear who needs to be cherished and loved as he will always cherish and love you.
Thomas is the first of his design, in fact he was designed to make the best use of the lovely mohair, sometimes we see some fabric and it inspires us to make a new design, we hope you like him.
