Francesco, a very handsome & colourful, traditional, one of a kind artist teddy bear, in fabulous hand dyed mohair by Barbara Ann Bears
Francesco stands 17.5 inches (45cm) tall and is 12.5 inches (32cm) sitting.
Francesco is a beautiful traditional bear, well traditional in design at least, he's a very colourful chap too, like a teddy bear who has walked into a rainbow. He's a bear who wants to bring rainbows and happiness into your home. Despite his colourfulness Francesco has a calm and soothing personality, he is still an elegant and handsome teddy bear, who like all teddy bears needs the occasional hug and cuddle.
Francesco is made from a wonderful long distressed German mohair which Barbara has hand-dyed in many beautiful colours, there are bands of blue, orange, yellow and pink, not quite a rainbow but he has a rainbow spirit. Francesco's velvet paw pads were hand-dyed with his mohair and thus match it perfectly.
Francesco has glass eyes which were painted to match his mohair, a perky nose carefully embroidered with individual threads to also match his colouring and a content and gracious expression.
Francesco is stuffed with a mixture of polyester stuffing and plastic pellets, giving him a cuddly and relaxed demeanour, comfortable and easy to pose and hug. As with all our bears he is 5-way jointed.
Francesco is a very colourful, handsome and elegant teddy bear, gracious and very friendly, he's a pleasure to live with and admire.
