Together we will try and keep the availability of bears up to date, but if something goes wrong and you buy a bear that Eunice has just sold in her shop we will of course refund your money, or if you prefer, make you a similar bear

Bonty Bodger stands 6.5 inches/17 cm tall and is 5.5 inches/14 cm sitting.

Bonty Bodger is a sweet little dog, well not quite a dog, we called him a teddy dog, he's much happier standing on two feet, or sitting than running around on all fours. He could be a Spinone but we think he's a Spanish Mackerel Hound, which would explain his reluctance to run around on all fours, although he really doesn't want to be immersed in water. Like all dogs Bonty is a faithful friend, he'll be there when you need him with a smiley face and totally unwagging tail.

Bonty Bodger is mostly made from a medium length, gently distressed German mohair that Barbara dyed in a subtle blend of of terracotta, peach pink and fawn, his face, tummy, he underside of his ears and tail are a much longer piece of wispy mohair dyed in warm amber and gold and the top of his head is a very long and shaggy mohair hand dyed peach. Bonty has hand dyed velvet paw pads which complement his mohair perfectly.

Bonty Bodger has beautiful glass eyes hand painted to match his colouring, with hand coloured eyelids, a splendid, neatly embroidered nose that captures the colours of his eyes and mohair and a warm and jovial smile. Bonty is stuffed with glass beads and polyester stuffing making him a little more cuddly and maybe heavier than you might expect.

Bonty Bodger is a warm and amicable fellow, he loves to sit at your side always ready to go for a walk, especially if you carry him, or even better go for a drive with the windows down so that his ears can rise from the sides of his head and Bonty can pretend he's flying.
